System Design
MVS is a complex, feature-rich product that needs careful thought and design in order to ensure it works effectively for you and integrates seamlessly with your infrastructure. We have the knowledge and skills to develop a design for your MVS integration that delivers performance and high availability.
Planning & Project Management
MVS needs to be integrated with your IT, BlackBerry and PBX infrastructures and this requires detailed planning and coordination with your system administrators and external specialists. We can build and manage a project plan that ensures a hassle-free installation. A typical MVS installation requires 3 to 5 days of effort with elapsed times depending on circumstances.
Installation and Configuration
Our fully trained and certified MVS engineers are able to install the MVS solution and integrate it with your infrastructure. All MVS engineers are also certified BES specialists to help ensure tight integration with your mobility infrastructure.
Training
In order for your company to get the most from MVS it's important that your system administrators are able to configure and manage the solution and help users to get set-up.
