Pre-requisites
As soon as this engagement is agreed, one of our consultants will contact you to discuss and agree the pre-requisites. In order to perform the installation we may ask you to perform certain tasks or make available information or resources, our consultant will agree this with you before any work starts.
Knowledge Transfer
During and / or immediately after the installation work our consultant will talk with your technical contact, review the installation and provide information relevant to the management of the newly upgraded software. Our consultant will also highlight any additional issues or potential future problems with your Mobility infrastructure identified during the installation work.
Deliverables
When the work is complete we will supply you a post-installation FAQ document, proof of service delivery document signed by your technical contact and our consultant and a document highlighting any additional issues or potential future problems with your Mobility infrastructure identified during the installation work.
