Mobile Device Life Cycle
During the lifetime of a mobile device within your organization there are a range of different administration tasks that will be performed at different times, including:

- IT policy creation and deployment

- Group deployments and projects
- Device retire, redeploy, wipe
- Device configuration
- Device firmware / OS upgrade
- MDM Server Administration (BES, Activesync, Good, Afaria etc)
Where's your MDM server?
Some organizations have already invested in an MDM server (BES, Good Technologies, Afaria etc), in these cases we include the remote management of this as part of the service. Where no MDM servers exist we offer the choice of our own cloud-based solution or, using our consultants, provide reccomendations on the best MDM server for you to install behind your firewall. We will tne include management of this server in our Mobile Device Management service.
