Each month one of our senior engineers securely connects to your Mobility Infrastructure and performs a thorough analysis to determine overall server health.
Based on this analysis, the engineer will rectify any impending issues, install the latest service packs and hot fixes and make any necessary configuration changes.
Our engineer will also perform essential housekeeping tasks and provide recommendations for upgrades and configuration changes to the underlying infrastructure where these will improve system performance.
On-site option
If you prefer, our engineer can physically visit your data center to perform the analysis, problem resolution and housekeeping. This option may suit larger organizations with many mobile devices and complex infrastructures.
Managed Mobility Option
