End to End Managed Mobility

With our Total Managed Mobility service (TMM) you can outsource 100% of the management of your Mobility infrastructure. TMM consists of a core service complimented by a small number of optional services so you can build the service to suit you.


Smartphones covered

The service covers Enterprise-connected Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and Nokia phones running Mail for Exchange. The service provides support for Smartphones and any associated mobility servers (such as the BES).


Helpdesk Integration

We integrate seamlessly with your 1st line / helpdesk to for effective call management and smooth handover. We can also extend the service by including 1st line support to support your users and system administrators directly.


User, device and system administrator support

Our experienced and industry certified engineers will handle any call that cannot be resolved by 1st line. If necessary we will remotely connect to your infrastructure to resolve problems and liaise with all necessary 3rd parties. We can also include full helpdesk services for organisations eager to outsource that component of their strategy.


Mobile Device Management

We provision users and perform a range of other user management tasks such as remote wipe, deploy Mobile IT policies and deploy mobile applications. All provisioning requests are made through your support portal.


Server Healthcare & Maintenance

Each month we will remotely and securely connect to your mobile infrastructure to assess its health and perform any necessary maintenance. We will also install the latest hotfixes to ensure optimum performance.


Monitoring and Alerts

When technicallu feasible, we implement remote monitoring for your infrastructure servers, which proactively informs us of current and impending issues. We can then remotely connect to your system to resolve any problems, in many cases before they are noticed by your users or system administrators.


Remote or Onsite

Most organizations choose our remote service where certified engineers remotely manage your mobility infrastruture from our our service desk. Some organizations, typically with large numbers of devices, take advantage of our 'on site engineer' service where an experienced and cetified engineer is present on your premesis for a fixed number of days each month.

An on-site engineer is a very cost-effective way of extending your support team and providing face-to-face support for your users and system administrators. Some organizations even have our engineers on-site full time. Depending on your requirements we can offer a fully remote service or one complemented by an on-site engineer.


Support Portal

We provide you with credentials so you can log into our support portal. This enables you to log incidents and view the status of all reported incidents.


Reporting

Each month we publish a report on incidents and all proactive maintenance actions we have performed.
