Enterprise Sales Executive – North America
The Position
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be expected to pursue high value customers for GPXS products and services, generating and closing substantial new business and solution sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new opportunities through networking, cold calling and other lead generation
techniques
- Managing the sales cycle, performing lead qualification, arranging and providing
demonstrations, quoting and closing
- Working closely with technical implementation staff to develop implementation approach
- Working with development and delivery staffs to assure customer satisfaction
- Reporting account activity, opportunity status and other details
- Other sales and marketing related activities
- Voluntary testing of GPXS products and applications prior to release

The Position
The Technical Consultant will be working in a fast growing and entrepreneurial environment supporting customers and operators who are using GPXS’ BlackBerry solutions.
Responsibilities
- Installation of software in complex messaging environments
- Onsite and remote assignments
- Pre-sales support to sales team, customer demonstrations and presentations
- Consultancy to customer (pre-installation assessments and audits)
- Post installation technical training and documentation
- Project Management of large enterprise implementations
- Testing of GPXS products and applications prior to release

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support position in the area of groupware
applications and server/database technology

Technical Writer - Ireland
The Position
In the position of Technical Writer you will be responsible for the documentation of the full GPXS product range. As the products evolve, so will the need for updating the company's customer-facing documentation such as User manuals, Install guides, Security notes, White papers. This requires great eye for detail, an understanding of how customers use our products and an ability to deliver complex documents on deadlines. You will be based in Limerick and working in a fast growing entrepreneurial environment.

Customer Support Engineer - Belgium
The Position
As a Support Engineer, you will be assisting customers in supporting and maintaining their Blackberry infrastructure. Support is mainly delivered by email and phone. You will be in contact with System Administrators requiring information about or experiencing difficulties in setting up or modifying their Blackberry Enterprise Server architecture.
As a Support Engineer, you will operate as a second line or third line support provider to a number of international telecom operators and their customers.
You will be based in Ghent and working in a fast growing environment.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this vacancy has relevant experience in providing technical customer support in the area of mobile applications, groupware applications and server/database technology. The candidate is willing to provide support on mission critical systems by email and phone.

Senior Systems Engineer - The Netherlands
The Position
GPXS Hosting is seeking a senior systems engineer to provide technical support and/or guidance directly to clients and internal customers. This person will be responsible for supporting server-side systems and optimizing our customers’ hosted IT environments. Provide in-depth technical and product support to customers through the troubleshooting and debugging of hardware, software, and application issues. Interact with system administrators and end-users within GPXS’ customer base as well as with third party suppliers.

We are looking for an experienced systems engineer who has a strong background in customer-facing technical case management and resolution, with a strong preference for experience that includes application, OS platforms and tools.
- Address customer and reseller needs on the usage and configuration of their GPXS-hosted
solutions in a Citrix Metaframe 4.0 environment

Provide in-depth (“second tier”) technical and product support to customers through the troubleshooting and debugging of hardware, software, and application issues. Mainly interacts with system administrators within GPXS’ customer base and resellers’ helpdesk staff.
Responsibilities

The Position
We are looking for a marketeer who will be involved in all online marketing activities of GPXS. This position is part of a small team that markets the company’s products and services to target markets across Europe and North America.
You will work on optimizing our online presence in a high-growth technology company. To fully understand how to present GPXS products and services on the web you will become familiar with the market for BlackBerry.
There is considerable flexibility in the exact deliverables at the end of the project, as well as the terms and duration of the engagement. You will be based in Amsterdam.
