This acquisition unites two of Europe's most successful BlackBerry Alliance Members. The acquisition of Galty Technologies will expand the GPXS Condor Mobile Applications suite, its BlackBerry applications portfolio for enterprises. And, the addition of the Galty Technologies product development team will help GPXS accelerate product development to meet the growing demand for its mobile productivity products. Galty Technologies benefits from GPXS’ extensive market reach and sales power.
