GPXS Holding Ltd., the parent company of GPXS™, a leading global BlackBerry^® platform, solutions, services, and training provider, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire, within the next quarter, ISEC7, the leading BlackBerry business in Germany. In related news, GPXS announced it has acquired the Blackberry focused portion of Hencke Systemberatung GmbH. GPXS made these announcements at Research in Motion’s (RIM’s) Wireless Enterprise Symposium (WES 2008 in Orlando, Florida, US) where 5500 people from the world’s most progressive enterprises have gathered to share and learn about the power of wireless devices and applications.
